Capital Construction was founded in 2005 by David Arrowsmith, the owner and operator of the business. David has worked in the construction and trade industries for many years, both here in the United States and in his birth country of Ireland. He wanted to build a company from the ground up with a focus on unparalleled workmanship and excellent customer service.
Thanks to his efforts, this company has grown a lot in the past 16 years, and we will continue to follow the same pattern of success into the future. Jude Watters - Vice President of Operations
Jude Watters has worked with Capital Construction Contracting for over 10 years. He is a highly skilled tradesman who has progressed to his position today from a carpenter in the field to managing our sales division to Vice President of Operations. He has over 20 years construction experience.
He prides himself on the fact that he has helped build the company to the amazing success it has today. Jude has received may achievements and awards in his field and continues to create a loyal happy list of repeat clientele and continued business.
Jude will never compromise on his client’s expectations and works tirelessly to ensure complete satisfaction. Jude prides himself in always being available by phone to answer any question which may arise throughout a project.
He is the brother in-law to David Arrowsmith, owner of the company and loves the dynamic and personal touch to clients from a family run business. He believes that our customers are the most important part of our business. He is an avid sports fan and follows all our local teams

Karla has worked for Capital Construction Contracting for over five years. She is the first person everyone speaks to when they call our office & showroom located at 3 Norwood Street, Dorchester. Karla is a valued team member. She schedules and coordinates all appointments for each of our sales representatives and production managers and keeps everything flowing effortlessly!

Jean Mixer - Corporate Services Manager
Jean has been with Capital Construction for 5 years and is our Corporate Services manager. She is a vital part of the hub at Capital’s office. Jean oversees all of our financing, accounts and billing inquiries as well as the daily running of our office. She has proven herself to be a positive asset, quick to respond to customers inquiries along with the duties of an office manager. Outside of work, Jean enjoys spending time working on her garden, cooking, yoga and her own home improvement projects.
