Our Beginning

David Arrowsmith - Founder & CEO


Capital Construction was founded in 2005 by David Arrowsmith, the owner and operator of the business. David has worked in the construction and trade industries for many years, both here in the United States and in his birth country of Ireland. He wanted to build a company from the ground up with a focus on unparalleled workmanship and excellent customer service.

Thanks to his efforts, this company has grown a lot in the past 16 years, and we will continue to follow the same pattern of success into the future. We are also supported by the skills of these dedicated people who work seamlessly together to get your home remodel in Boston finished to the highest standards.


Our Staff:

Jude Watters - Vice President of Operations


Jude Watters has worked with Capital Construction Contracting for over 10 years. He is a highly skilled tradesman who has progressed to his position today from a carpenter in the field to managing our sales division to Vice President of Operations. He has over 20 years construction experience.

He prides himself on the fact that he has helped build the company to the amazing success it has today. Jude has received may achievements and awards in his field and continues to create a loyal happy list of repeat clientele and continued business.

Jude will never compromise on his client’s expectations and works tirelessly to ensure complete satisfaction. Jude prides himself in always being available by phone to answer any question which may arise throughout a project.

He is the brother in-law to David Arrowsmith, owner of the company and loves the dynamic and personal touch to clients from a family run business. He believes that our customers are the most important part of our business. He is an avid sports fan and follows all our local teams


Gary Iskra - Executive Vice President

Meet Gary, Executive VP at CCC. With an extensive background in the home remodeling and home service industries, Gary is highly skilled at developing and executing direct sales and marketing strategies. A valued member of Team Capital and partner at Bath Makeover by Capital, Gary is always available to help and prides himself on ‘doing it right the first time”.

He is available for guidance and always happy to answer questions from team members and homeowners alike. Gary enjoys family time and is an avid boating enthusiast.


Rob Rose - General Sales Manager


With over 20 years’ experience in construction and senior sales management, Rob has the knowledge and drive to increase the overall performance of our sales team and ensures they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Rob enjoys working with the team to identify our customers’ needs and guide them through their home improvement projects. Rob is always available to help identify solutions that will assist customers that provide benefit and lasting value to their number one investment, their home.

Rob is originally from the Boston Area and enjoys supporting local charities in his spare time. He enjoys the outdoors and spends his free time on his Harley Davidson and is an avid fan of all Boston Sports and Soccer.


Greg Bailey - Senior Sales Representative/Trainer


A talented product specialist, Greg has worked for over 30 years in the home remodeling business and is our senior sales representative and onboarding field trainer. His focus is to increase the overall performance of our sales team and ensure they have the skill set to achieve their goals and offer our potential clients the best experience possible. Greg works on creating effective training programs and conducting product learning workshops with individual training sessions.

A resident of Hingham, Greg enjoys boating and traveling with his wife and spoiling his grandchildren.


Barry Eldershaw - Assistant Sales Manager

Joey Vasil - General Manager Bath Makeover


A seasoned home improvement professional with over 30 years of remodeling experience… Joey’s goal is to provide each customer with the best experience possible. Joey enjoys working with our sales, design, and installation teams to make each of our customers’ visions become a reality. Joey is a family man and loves spending quality time with his daughters and his grandson. A lifelong New England sports fan he looks forward to catching most games at Fenway Park.


Danny Sullivan - Director of Lead Generation and Marketing Operations


With over 25 years’ experience in lead generation and marketing operations Danny is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Danny enjoys the day-to-day interactions with our sales teams and potential clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is a true Boston sports fan!

In her spare time, she is a devoted mother of two young children, an animal lover of two mini schnauzer dogs, loves to play sports like soccer, badminton, and swimming.
