I approached my roof restoration with great trepidation. The first roofer I called never returned my phone calls and was obviously not interested in the job, maybe because I live in the inner city.I found Capital on the internet and decided to give them a chance. They did a very good job, were responsive, returned my phone calls and followed up to make sure I was pleased with the project. I can't express how appreciative I am.

I've been using Capital Construction for over seven years. They've become my "go to" contractor for the condominium associations and private homes I manage. They are particularly good on commitments and completing punchlists in a timely manner. In many cases they have discovered additional work that needed to be done, and "covered" it rather than write up a change order. They are always upbeat and have a positive attitude. I highly recommend them.

My experience with contractors usually is not a great one, however, Capitol construction has definitely changed that for me. All through the project they were willing to make sure I was happy with the project. I had many questions along the way and everything was explained. They did siding, brick work, painting and sill repair. It was a stressful process being a home owner and I felt they actually cared about what was done. Steve was the on site manager and always made sure things were taken care of and all my concerns were addressed. He really held it together. The staff as a whole was easy to work with and had respect for us as home owners.

AMAZING -- my plain old brick chimney transformed into an amazing river stone piece of art work at first i just wanted the crumbles to go away but figured while i had them team available I would do it the way I have always wanted it We made the transition from brick to stone and it was the best decision ever not a spec of dusk was left in the yard when they were done The dry vac and swept it all up. a few pebbles appeared in the grass but for all the beauty they created I can pick up the casual pebble here or there ! Have already scheduled them to come back to redo our back deck with that word composite so no more splinters for the kids

Capital Construction completed a fairly large project for me consisting of a new roof, new HardiePlank siding, and new rear porches. They deployed a roofing crew first and then subsequently followed with a siding crew. Both crews were excellent and I appreciated the attitudes and attention to detail of both supervisors. The roofers wound up installing a new roof that looks fantastic and they even applied extra ice and water protection for me. The job site was astonishingly clean and I could not find one roofing nail left on the ground during or after their work. The siding crew followed quickly after and again displayed a very high degree of professionalism...

Capital Construction has been awesome from start to finish. They should have 5 stars across the board! The team was very professional and when they said the job would be finished it was. We had a leak on our roof and they came out and fixed it straight away. We haven't​ had an issues since and will totally be hiring them back for all our work. We will be getting some James Hardie siding next! I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends.
