Capital Construction Contracting was in Jamaica Plain early this spring upgrading this local Boston condo with brand new siding. This condo had siding that was weathered and really brought down the appearance of the building.
With a building such as this that has so many different building living in it, everyone was being affected by the chipped paint, and old look. An upgrade was something that everyone could benefit from!

This condo building was sitting right on a hill so it was broken up into two different buildings. The property owners wanted a beautiful material, that didn’t take the required maintenance wood cedar came with. Because of that we installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. We went with a nice blue for the building on top of the hill and a crisp tan color for the bottom building. Check out some of our before and after pictures to the right to see the transformation!
